The Deed is a consumer tool for people who want leverage before they talk to a realtor. It is not a licensed real estate broker, does not sell homes, does not collect commissions, and is not an MLS.
You must be 18 or older. Using the site does not create a client, customer, or brokerage relationship.

Deed+ is an optional tool pack priced at $12 a month. Until billing is on, the pack stays locked. Joining the list does not deliver the pack. When billing opens, Deed+ will renew automatically each month until you cancel; the price and renewal terms will be shown before you pay, and you can cancel online as easily as you signed up.
We do not sell the right to suppress buyer speech, unlicensed brokerage referral fees, private deal-room contents, or agent ads that bury organic buyer speech.
